If something here is wrong
Say so. Every article ends with a sourcing note naming what it rests on, so the fastest correction is one that names the claim and the source that contradicts it. Corrections go to the front of the queue, and a corrected article is fixed in public and dated — the byline shows when a piece was written and when it was last updated — rather than quietly edited.
Questions about a piece
Write to hello@bangkoklad.com or reply on X at @bangkoklad (opens in a new tab). Questions that turn out to be gaps in an article usually become a paragraph in it.
Requests and enquiries
Republication, translation, speaking, and anything commercial go to the same address. Two things are not available: articles are not written to order for a product or a destination, and nothing on this site is advertorial, sponsored or affiliate content presented as editorial.
What not to send
Nothing about the monarchy, and nothing about identifiable private individuals. Both are outside what this publication covers, and that is a settled editorial line rather than a gap to be filled. The About page sets out the rest of the policy.
